Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (CAD blocks, 3D models, assets), all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or used.

2. Smart Academy Courses

We believe in the quality of our teaching. If you find a course is not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the lessons.

3. Architectural Services

Refunds for architectural services and consultancy are subject to the terms agreed upon in the specific project contract. Generally, design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on a specific phase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at studio@smartarchitects.in with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review each request individually.
